Returns & Refund

  1. Returns If you are not satisfied with your Nipperalla™ nipple covers, you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  2. Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

  3. Exchanges If you wish to exchange your Nipperalla™ nipple covers for a different size or color, please contact us at info@nipperalla.com within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. We will send you the new item once we receive the original item and confirm that it meets the criteria outlined above.

  4. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@nipperalla.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a replacement is needed, we will ship it to you free of charge.

  5. Return Address Please contact us at info@nipperalla.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with the return address and any other instructions you may need.

  6. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used nipple covers.

  7. Refund Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the item has been used or damaged by the customer. We may also deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% from the refund amount if the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
